1.Scope and parties

These terms and conditions govern all orders placed through peptideonline24.com. The seller is Pink Panther Power LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16735106, registered office at 37 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9BQ, United Kingdom (“we”); the buyer is the person or institution placing the order (“you”).

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and that you accept these terms. Provisions of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence remain unaffected by anything in this document.

2.Research use only

All products are laboratory research material and are sold exclusively for research purposes, as set out on the research use only page. By ordering you confirm that:

• the products will be used solely for lawful research purposes;
• the products will not be used in or on humans or animals;
• the products will not be resold or redistributed as medicines, foods or supplements;
• you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable at the place of use.

The confirmation you give on the basket page before checkout, that you are at least eighteen and that the products are for laboratory research only, not for human or animal use, forms part of the contract. Whether research material may be bought, held or imported where you are is a matter of national law; the page on the legal status of research peptides maps the framework but cannot replace your own check.

We may refuse or cancel orders where these confirmations are evidently not met, against refund of any payment received.

3.Ordering and contract formation

Product presentations on this site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Ordering runs in three steps. The order buttons add products to a basket held in your browser; on the basket page you check quantities and the total, give the research-use confirmation and continue to Stripe Checkout, the hosted payment page of our payment provider Stripe. Stripe collects the delivery address and the payment, emails you a receipt and returns you to a confirmation page on this site that shows your order reference.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept it by dispatching the goods and sending the shipping confirmation, or earlier by written confirmation from our inbox; Stripe’s receipt confirms the payment, not yet the contract. Obvious errors in pricing or product data may be corrected before dispatch; in that case you may cancel free of charge and any payment is refunded in full.

4.Prices and payment

The prices shown at checkout at the time of ordering apply. They are stated in euro and include VAT, and no surcharge is added for any payment method. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach us. Dispatch follows confirmation of payment, within 24 hours on working days, as described on the payment page. Every order is accompanied by an invoice.

If your institution can only pay against an invoice by bank transfer, write to us before ordering; the basket and Stripe Checkout are the standard route.

5.Delivery

Delivery takes place within the area offered at checkout, under the conditions described on the shipping page; the checkout accepts delivery addresses only within that area. Shipping is free of charge, parcels travel in discreet packaging, and the tracking reference is shared with you once the label exists. Stated delivery times are estimates; a delayed parcel does not by itself constitute a breach of contract, though our commitments regarding dispatch and communication apply in full.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Condition problems on arrival are handled under the complaints procedure.

6.Withdrawal, complaints and defects

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described on the right of withdrawal page, including the legal exception for sealed goods that have been unsealed. That right derives from the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and cannot be shortened by anything in these terms.

Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected. The complaints page describes the practical route and the response times we commit to.

7.Documentation and quality

Every batch is released at a purity of at least 99% by HPLC and is accompanied by a certificate of analysis for that batch, available on request before payment. The certificate describes the chemistry of the batch at the time of analysis and is not a statement about suitability for any purpose. The quality page sets out the standard and how to check it against the vial you receive.

8.Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health, as well as under any mandatory statutory liability regime.

For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for contracts of this kind. Liability for the consequences of use of the products contrary to section 2 is excluded to the fullest extent the law permits; the disclaimer contains further information provisions.

9.Final provisions

The law of England and Wales applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
