From order to doorstep
Orders placed on working days are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours. You receive the tracking reference as soon as the label exists, and the parcel’s history stays visible end to end, silence between scans at hubs is normal carrier behaviour, not a lost parcel.
Packaging is deliberately boring: plain outer, no branding, no contents description beyond what declarations require, sized and padded so vials arrive as they left. Lyophilised material travels at ambient temperature by design, the storage page explains why days in transit are chemically trivial for sealed powder.
Delivery windows across Europe run from one to five working days depending on destination and carrier handoffs. Where a customs event applies to a destination, the import page describes what that adds, usually nothing, occasionally days.
Most questions about peptide shipping turn out to be questions about temperature, and the answer does not change with the destination: sealed lyophilised powder is made to travel without a cold chain. What free shipping does not mean
Free means we absorb the carrier cost on every order, without minimums. It does not mean we control the carrier: strikes, weather and border queues happen to our parcels exactly as they happen to everyone’s, and promising otherwise would be the kind of claim our own buying guides warn about.
What we control, we commit to: same-or-next-working-day dispatch, accurate declarations, packaging that protects, tracking shared immediately, and a human reply within one working day when something looks wrong.

The checkout is where the delivery question gets its final answer. Stripe’s page accepts a delivery address only inside the area we serve, so a destination we cannot reach is refused before any payment rather than discovered after it. Two confirmations then follow: Stripe’s receipt as soon as the payment is confirmed, and our shipping confirmation with the tracking reference once the parcel leaves.
