1.Nature of the products

No regulatory authority has assessed these products for administration to humans or animals. No statement on this site should be read as implying otherwise.

The certificate of analysis that accompanies each batch describes the chemistry of that batch at the time of testing, identity and purity, and nothing beyond it. The quality page explains what the certificate covers and what it does not.

2.Nature of the information

The knowledge base and all product pages summarise published scientific literature for information purposes. They are not medical advice, not treatment recommendations and not instructions for use, no page on this site contains a dose, and none ever will.

Research summaries are written to name the kind of evidence behind a finding, cell culture, animal model or human trial, and are drawn from the literature indexed on PubMed rather than from supplier copy. A summary is a simplification of a moving field: a finding described here can be contradicted by later work, and no page is a complete review of its subject.

We describe the state of evidence honestly, including where it is thin or negative, and we correct errors when they are pointed out via the contact page. Accuracy is a commitment; completeness of a moving literature is not something any site can promise.

3.No advice of any kind

Nothing on this site, in our emails or on a certificate constitutes medical, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Whether a research compound may be bought, held or imported where you are depends on national law; the legal-status page maps the framework and states its own limits. The research-area pages group compounds by the question a laboratory might investigate, not by any outcome in people.

4.Health and emergencies

Questions about health, symptoms or substances in the body belong with medical professionals, not with a research supplier. In any emergency involving exposure to research material, contact your local emergency services or poison information centre immediately.

5.Audience, prices and availability

This site is written for adults who work in or with laboratories, and the basket cannot be checked out without the confirmation that you are at least eighteen. Prices and availability in the catalogue are those at the time of viewing; the price at checkout is the one that applies, and obvious errors are handled as the terms describe.

6.Trademarks and approved medicines

Names of approved medicines that appear on compound pages for context are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned to describe the regulatory status of a licensed product and imply no connection between that product, its licence holder and anything sold here. Research material in this catalogue is not the medicine, is not made by the licence holder and is not interchangeable with it.

Where this site links to external sources, those pages remain the responsibility of their operators. A link is a reference, not an endorsement, and content behind it can change without our knowledge.

External links open in a new tab and point to regulators, legal texts, standards bodies, scientific databases and the providers whose services this site uses; we neither control nor monitor them.
